These terms govern your use of the services offered by Mitram Luxury Spa at our premises in Andheri, Mumbai, and your use of this website. By booking or availing any treatment, you agree to these terms.

Services offered

Mitram Luxury Spa provides professional wellness and relaxation therapies, including massage, hammam, jacuzzi and aromatherapy rituals. All treatments are strictly therapeutic and non-medical in nature. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any request for services of an inappropriate nature; such requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Bookings, appointments and payments

• Appointments are confirmed over phone or WhatsApp on a first-come basis and are subject to therapist availability.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full charge.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may be revised without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the end of the session by cash, UPI or card.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 2 hours before the appointment. Repeated no-shows may lead to a request for advance payment on future bookings. Prepaid packages, where offered, are non-transferable and valid only for the stated period.

Health, safety and eligibility

Guests must be 18 years or older. You are responsible for informing us of any medical condition, allergy, injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, cardiac condition, skin condition or medication before your treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment on health or safety grounds. Our therapies are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Conduct and personal belongings

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff and other guests. Consumption of alcohol or intoxicants on the premises is not permitted, and treatments may be refused to intoxicated guests. Please do not bring valuables; Mitram Luxury Spa is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitram Luxury Spa, its owners and staff shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant treatment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
